Mesolimbic

Mesolimbic takes the form of a highly filtered yet wildly varying musical showcase, flowing through all manners of electronic production and its neighbouring genres to suit ever-changing, specific moods. At its simplest, Mesolimbic plays through tracks that evoke moods and satisfy hyperfixations. Being the dopaminergic pathway in the brain, transporting dopamine, mediating pleasure/rewarding experiences, and enabling the placebo effect, Mesolimibic aims to ‘scratch the itch’. Where it deviates from regular programming is with its specificity in mood rather than genre.
